E2E Asset Management Operations

The overall operations are managed and monitored by our Customer Service department. Our Customer Service reps. receive your customers or salesforce requests (placements, returns, repairs, maintenance, assembly or any other enquiry) log a ticket in the system and the system routes the ticket to the respective service provider (technical company or technicians, logistics providers). The whole ticket/order cycle is completed within the pre-defined timings for each type of request and ticket resolution performance is tracked by the system against the pre-defined Service Level Agreement.

The end to end processes are managed within the Field Track 24 platform, which is providing real time data through the mobile apps used by technicians, carriers, or your salesforce. You have direct access and real time overview of everything happening within your network, through our web platform. More specifically, you can:

  • See where your assets are deployed on the map, using the GPS location last received for the specific asset tag
  • Review the list of tickets created and their status – per asset, service provider, area, or any other parameter you select
  • Monitor the execution time per ticket and the service level per provider
  • Access all historical data and reporting on each ticket and transaction (eg repairs, movements, maintenance, visits, or simple enquiries)
